World Cup 2010 - Limited Edition 18" x 24"
This is where it all began – the first radial sports bracket ever! This very first Champions Ring was designed by Hyperakt's Deroy Peraza while he obsessively watched the 2010 World Cup. This print captures the entire 2010 World Cup, including the group stages, the elimination rounds and Spain's historic victory. The print is 18" x 24" and beautifully printed in CMYK plus a spot silver ink on an 80lb cover uncoated, 100% recycled Astrolite stock. It is part of a limited run of 500. The frame is not included.
The poster was printed thanks to the pledges of supporters on Kickstarter, where in one month the project received 244% funding from 230 backers! You can see photos of the poster on press here. The poster was featured on the cover of the Berliner Morgenpost on the day of the World Cup Final. It was the subject of a feature article on the New York Times official soccer blog, Goal. It was also featured on dozens of design sites including Apartment Therapy, Dwell and GOOD.
